Our RV Park is the Highest Rated in Colorado with all gravel sites that are level and spacious. Our RV sites have 30 & 50 amp Electric, Water & Sewer. Our maintained facilities include modern updated Restrooms with hot showers, Laundry and Gift Shop. Free WiFi is available throughout the campground so that you may always be in touch with family and friends.
The Royal Gorge Bridge is the highest suspension bridge in the world, soaring high over the Arkansas River. Many different views are available as you explore our property.
The RV park is on 50 acres, so trails and wildlife viewing are right here in the campground.
Plan on most summer mornings being sunny but cool, afternoons windy & hot with spectacular western thunder showers prowling the area, and come evening, you'll be putting on a light jacket as you enjoy your campfire and devour the S'Mores.
Pet-friendly: We have two large fenced areas to let the dogs off the leash. We do ask all pet owners to respect our pet policies and restrictions which can be found on our policy page.

We are an Adult Only Park, (age 45 and over) No reservations, stays or check ins with underage guests or visitors.
4 Adults Max per RV site. 6 people maximum registered per site at any time including visitors.
Reservations for 1 night will only be taken within 7 days of the arrival date and based upon availability.
Stays of less than 7 nights are eligible for Good Sam discount with valid membership.
Pricing for 7 nights or more already includes Good Sam discount and Length of Stay discount. No additional discounts.
No after hour check-ins regardless of reservation unless arrangements are made ahead of time, email required. After 6 pm without approval will require you to arrive the next morning when office opens with no credit provided for missed night.
Monthly Stays are now available year round. Sites are based upon 2 adults only.
Monthly rate start at $650 requires a min. 6 month lease a security deposit and background check.
